“Absolutely the worst experience I have had for a nail salon. I requested an appointment on Saturday August 1st. I ended up with Hayden. I gave him a picture of what I wanted. What I ended up with was an embarrassment. And a new appointment somewhere else to fix his mess. Nothing looks like the picture I provided his lines a 3 year old could draw straighter. He cut my finger in the same spot twice. and both times giggled and said "oh, I am sorry" I will give them ample time to refund my card or I will dispute it at my bank! $80 for NOTHING but a 3 year old scribble.”
