Friday afternoon, I got a bad bleach job at another salon that left my hair 2 different shades, ON EACH SIDE OF MY HEAD! I was so upset that I woke up early Saturday morning and got to work looking for someone to help. I text this salon with an explanation and photo, and pled my case. They responded shortly after and said I could come in at noon for a consultation.

When I got there, they were all so kind. They all gathered to hear my story and collectively came up with a plan of action. They worked me in immediately by working on me together to save time, and 2 hours later, I looked beautiful!! I arrived in tears and left with confidence. Thank you Melaina and Ava, for saving the day!
