“Setting up an estimate to have waterproof vinyl plank flooring was very easy, Jidlaf walked me through the process, provided a thorough estimate and also met me at the flooring store to set up my order. He provided recommendations and was available for any follow up questions and very responsive via text. Installation took only one day for 635 square feet (including a stairwell) and the installation crew was respectful and also asked me questions regarding certain aesthetic details on how I wanted the flooring installed. I was easily able to be refunded for excess materials and Jidlaf was available to address any follow up questions after the flooring was installed. Highly recommend!“

Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! First Bryan who came out to measure was very kind, professional and listened to what we wanted and those qualities transfered to his dad and brother who installed the carpet. Arrival time was 8am-830am. They arrived 820a..yeah!! They completed 2 bedrooms and 2 closets less than 2hrs..wow. Completion with 3br 5 closets and two stairways all done within 5hrs. This is a family owned business and I love supporting small businesses. The padding is so thick you sink in. They cleaned up everything. Due to a health issue his son offered to move things back upstairs, now that was unexpected and appreciated the offer. They are extremely reasonable in price and communication was prompt and clear.“
