“I have been coming to this Ashburn location for several months now and have only wonderful things to say about the staff who work here. Abby, the NP who facilitates my IV therapy, is incredibly skilled, empathetic and kind—everything you want in a nurse—not to mention, one can tell she truly wants her patients to experience relief and success with their treatment. Bri & Eileen who work at the front desk are accommodating and very friendly, more than willing to help schedule and reschedule appointments and provide patients with the information they need. The phlebotomist and masseuse I’ve had were both lovely and proficient as well.
The only suggestion I could make for Nava is for the MDs to leave notes in the patient portal with detailed instructions on how to take medications and supplements. I have never received any written notes and the MD consistently comes across as harried during zoom visits. That being said, I have found the benefits outweigh the areas for improvement, as each person I’ve come in contact with in-person makes the Nava experience as pleasant as possible!“
