“Lovely Pet Salon took a wonderful care of my 4 year old Husky who is not a fan of grooming appointments. And can be quite difficult. They were all so kind,nice and took a great care of my pup! I know that was a lot of work. But they did it! He looks and smells so wonderful. We will definitely be making another appointment.

“We have 3 chihuahuas who do not board or attend doggy daycare on a regular basis so they are a little shy to warming up. Tracy and Joe treated them like one of their own and took great care of them while we were on vacation. Tracy did a home visit first to get to know them, then our dogs went to her home for a few hours the week before we left town. Tracy communicated with us and even sent pictures while we were gone. We didn't have to worry at all knowing they were safe and sound. We will definitely return when we need boarding services again!“

“5 stars..other groomers could never finish grooming our dog they would always leave the paws and legs and said he was too difficult. Waggy baths not only groomed him, said our anxious dog was well behaved but they did such a wonderful detailed job.. thank you Waggy Baths you're the best“

It easy to make an appointment or reschedule if needed. Dr. Munzig has been my pups primary vet and has helped through dealing with his severe allergies. She is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. “I've been taking my dog King here for almost 2yrs. The owner and staff are very friendly and King looks forward to going to his "spaw" days. He has always been treated lovingly and his spa services have always been handled with meticulous care. “Paula is one of the nicest groomers that I’ve met. My dogs especially my older one, is very difficult when it comes to cutting around is face. But, with Paula she’s so gentle and just makes him feel so comfortable. As for communication she’s always responsive and reaches back right away! “My dog, Zoey, has been Petsuites Manassas for about 2 1/2 years and never had any real issues until this year. Firstly, I find that the new staff are less attentive to the animals. The times that I have brought Zoey to petsuites and viewed her on the Webcam, the staff are either talking to each other or on their phones. Then, in the last few months, she has come home with her bottom stained with what looks like urine. I have brought it to the attention of staff and evening management and was basically waved off. The worst infraction occurred yesterday when Zoey, unfortunately, had to spend the night (I was not aware of Petsuites new weekend hours and regrettably, missed their call). Zoey was not fed for 24 hours and when my son asked why staff didn't feed her, he was told, "we didn't know what she was allergic to. " My son responded that Zoey's profile clearly stated that she was allergic to chicken. Petsuites response? "yeah, but we did not know what else she could be allergic to. " What kind of response is that?! If she was allergic to anything else, common sense would have told them that any other allergies she had would have been indicated on the profile; but instead, they let my dog go without food for 24 hours. I'm deeply disappointed with Petsuites' new management and staff. The previous staff definitely cared more about Zoey and would've never let starve. I highly doubt I'll get any feedback, seeing that I hardly receive any feedback in person when I bring up a concern.“
