He takes the time to answer all your questions and is very patient. “I actually just decided to pop into this store to see if they could help me replace the lenses of my raybans as they were scratched pretty bad. I bought lenses from a different place and basically asked them if they could pop it out and just put the new ones in. I did "try" myself but those YouTube videos are all lies and so I decided to seek professional help. The gentleman that worked there ( I didn't catch his name) was super helpful and just like magic he was back in 5 minutes and my sunglasses looked brand new. He told me he had to use a special tool to contract and expand the frame to get the lenses in and out but it was something he did quite often. I was in and out of the shop in like 10 minutes! It was towards the end of the day and usually when you walk into a shop late the shop workers are like .... Urgh!! But not that this place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly considering I didn't spend a cent. Sometimes there are good humans in the world and I just wanted to give praise where due.“
