I went in there with a freakish yellow color. She was able to pull my natural color. The owner, Melissa has entire families as clients, not just individuals. I’ve never seen anything like it. She knows every family member’s names, their hobbies, and even their pets names! It’s incredible. I’ve never gone to a salon that feels more like home than Harlow’s.
