“I had such an amazing experience at the South Riding location. ❤
I came in feeling extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly hopeless after my experience at another branch. I truly thought that no one would be able to help with my hair anymore. But from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable, reassured me, and gave me hope.
I especially want to recognize Lily and Kaitlyn. They were incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and understanding. They worked on my hair with so much care, patience, and positive energy, and they stayed with me until they completely finished the detangling. They truly helped me through a very stressful situation and saved my hair when I felt like there was no solution.
I am genuinely so grateful to both of them. They didn’t just provide a service—they showed me kindness and made me feel cared for when I was feeling extremely upset.
If I ever come back to this salon again, Lily and Kaitlyn are the reason why. ❤
