Mission Exteriors

Overall, we had a great experience with Robert and his Mission Exteriors team. We had our entire front door and frame removed and new frame, door, and transom installed. The work turned out top notch even though there were a few setbacks in the ordering timeline. We absolutely recommend Mission Exteriors to others because at the end of the day, the results speak for themselves.
There were a few issues along the way, but Robert did his best to minimize their impact on the overall project. Initially, the few door designs we wanted turned out to not be available from the manufacturer, so out of his control. Then the door that was available took longer than expected to construct and deliver. This unfortunately got in the way of another project we were doing with the front of the house. However, Robert did understand this, and took on some additional finish work at no cost, in order to make up for the delay and disruption. Finally, the actual installation and painting of the door, storm door, and trim also took longer than expected, which meant my wife or I needed to be home more days than originally anticipated.
Another positive experience was the “sales” process. Robert came by to take a look at the old door and hear what we were looking for, had some options for us to see and really made the entire thing easy. No hard sale, just a quick turnaround with the quote.
At the end of the day, I am rating Mission Exteriors a 4.5 of 5 because their work and finished product were top notch, but the timeline and fulfillment could have been better. I understand that ordering and installation can vary by project, so I don’t hold them at fault for many of the delays.

Mission Exteriors replaced our old windows and doors and did an outstanding job. Robert provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision on the style and cost. Daniel and his crew were professional and meticulous with their work. We have received so many compliments on our new windows and doors. We are very pleased and so happy we chose Mission Exteriors.

I had a great experience with Mission Exteriors for window replacement and would highly recommend them. We hired them to install a few new Andersen windows and saved a substantial amount compared to quotes from the big national outfit for equivalent Andersen windows. Their pricing was clear with no hidden fees. The team was easy to communicate with, and the installers did a flawless job while taking great care to keep our home clean and protected. Excellent quality, great value, and a top-tier local business.
