I brought in a winter casual coat that I favor but whose coat pockets had seen better days. I went to one seamstress who stated nothing could be done to salvage the pockets. However, Mrs. Kim came to the rescue and performed some masterful stitching repairs. I am quite happy.

“Did a great job with alterations on an overcoat and sport coat. Nordstrom said nothing was wrong with the sport coat and they couldn't do what I wanted anyway. Sew in Style was able to do exactly what I wanted - taper the sleeves and make the cuff openings smaller.“

“I took my wedding dress here for alterations and was very happy with the end result! The dress needed to be hemmed which required removing and reapplying the lace. They also took in the straps and the front, fixed the snap on the back, and added a bustle. Detailed instructions on the bustle were provided and I was able to film her doing it. It was super helpful for my friend to have a video of which loop went on which button in advance so that she was prepared on my wedding day. I took the dress in in January and she explained the timeline and process clearly. The final fitting was in March, a month before my wedding day. The price was very reasonable. Multiple people recommended Swank when I was looking for a tailor and I would recommend them as well!“
