Reasonably priced, reliable, overall good service. I got alterations back pretty quickly and I wasn't charged extra for having my wedding dress cleaned, even though it took three cleanings to get the bottom restored.

Love this place. I'd describe myself as a semi-regular customer. A couple of mending jobs here and there, get my dress shirts laundered and dry cleaning as needed. I'm not a special customer from my perspective. But, from their perspective I'm very special. They remember me and call me by name. Know how I like my shirts, rush if I need it. Amazing service. But here's the story that drives it all home. I brought in a pile of white shirts. I am new to the area. After reading favorable comments about the high quality work that Jin’s does, I felt confident bringing a dress in that needed to be taken in on the sides. I picked it up today and I am very happy with the results. The dress now fits perfectly and the alterations are flawless.
