Same day service. Staff are helpful and precise. Take time to scan everything and double check nothing is missing. They even fixed one of my buttons for free when I noticed it was gone.

Prompt Service, very polite & professional staff, all that I had the pleasure of dealing with, a believe a young lady assisted at DO & P/U, but different, both smiled & provided prompt service. $41.88 for 12 button down shirts, a fair price but would be great to get a random discount every now & then!! I did get two shirts back with some significant stains still on them. One of the two was tagged. “We did everything we could type deal” , “ but the stain still wouldn’t come out”. I don’t know your profession is to clean clothes. It would be cool if you could get all the stains out. Just saying, overall Happy!🌞☮️

I gave them my motorcycle jacket, which is made a leather and it had gasoline spilled on it. I’m waiting for it to be cleaned.
Well, I can honestly say, my BMW leather jacket is clean! It was my fault, I was filling the motorcycle and gasoline had penetrated the entire sleeve of my jacket. Zips cleaners took the time and with constant communication from the manager, restored my jacket to the level of being new, they conditioned the leather and removed the gasoline smell. Excellent service and excellent communication….will be back!
