“Tatiana has been doing my hair color and extensions for almost a year now. She is so incredibly talented with her eye for color. I have never had my highlights blend in so well. She also is very talented with installation of my extensions. She takes great care when installing them and then goes above and beyond to check in on me to make sure everything is going well since extensions are new to me. She never hesitates to respond to my texts with questions. If you are considering doing extensions I highly recommend her.“

While the service quality itself is high, management and appointment system is very poor. Unless you have time and don’t mind being bumped in line, I wouldn’t recommend this location.“

I booked the Crystal Blast facial, which comes with microdermabrasion, extractions, a mask, and a few other treatments (honestly not sure of all the names). My esthetician, Gabrielle, did an amazing job. The neck and shoulder massage had me feeling very pampered. On top of the great service, the studio itself is super cute and clean. I would definitely recommend getting a facial here!“

They truly operate by the motto that less is more. Although I have not seen the other professionals (Kaitlin, Gaby, and Savannah), I would not hesitate for a moment! I've read fantastic reviews for all! Ella's philosophy re how she attracts and hires her team, how she runs the business, and how she treats her team is exceptional. I can tell they all value opportunities to expand their skills (despite already being amazing), and they operate like a family. I also must shout out the most exceptional Cassie, the Office Manager, who is always absolutely wonderful, so very kind, and incredibly helpful (and so funny!). In addition to the amazing experience every time I go to Ella Esthetics, I have to point to the results. I went to Breanna in the fall of 2025 for frustrating chin/neck issues. I'd previously had multiple estheticians tell me that chin liposuction was my only option (which I was not willing to do). Breanna was absolutely MAGICAL in treating my chin/neck issue. I've included before and after pictures - December 2025 to May 2026. The results are unbelievable! I also absolutely love my semi-permanent eye liner and lip blush (which I never considered until I saw the before and after pics they share). Lastly, I want to add that Breanna is one of the only esthetic injectors I know who is also a woman's health specialist (NP, MSN, WHNP). As a women in peri-menopause, I have valued my discussions with her re hormones, HRT, etc. and will continue working with her to manage my peri and menopause. In summary, I cannot recommend Ella Esthetics enough. I feel fantastic physically, more like myself, and like a very valued customer!“

“I had a HORRIBLE eyelash experience at a shop in District Heights. Think lashes applied with weave glue. I looked like Ms. Piggy because the glue line was so thick and I lost every single one of my eyelashes when I got them removed. I vowed to never get lashes again, but a few years later, I changed my mind. I went to Jazmine at Pretty Gorgeous Lash Studio and the experience was COMPLETELY different. She was nice and professional. My lashes looked phenomenal when she was done. They were natural, but enhanced my look perfectly.

That was 10 years ago. My lashes hold up well. I get them done every 4 weeks (sometimes 3 depending on her appointment availability). She does book up fast, but that's expected when you're the best, so grab your appointment as soon as her book opens up.

I have literally had people stop me to ask about my lashes, so unless she stops, I plan on going to her for the next 10 years.“
