SHAWN IS AMAZING!!!! I would give a thousand stars if I could. I have been going to her for over 6 years now for waxes and she is the best at what she does. She makes you feel really comfortable, her space is really clean, and she is incredibly nice (and funny)! Parking is also super convenient which is a huge bonus.
I’ve been going to Shawn now for about 6 years and haven’t and wouldn’t dare go to anyone else. Shawn is flexible, patient when my pain tolerance is low due to mother nature lol, and consistently uses techniques to limit any pain. She is communicative, always on time, efficient where I am in and out in less than 25 minutes and that’s because we are always catching up, she provides expertise and specific products to be proactive with hair bumps, and just personable.Shawn’s modern space is always beautiful, top tier clean, and cozy. To know her is to love her, you get VIP treatment every time, and I certainly have over the last six years.
I worked in the same building as Shawn and saw all of her clients coming in and leaving with a smile. You can hear the laughter from her suite with every client, so I had to go see how amazing Shawn was myself. She tinted my eyebrows and helped me redeem my self confidence, it didn’t feel like the first time but a longing friendship when we were done. Anytime someone asks for recommendation, I send them to the best of the best, Shawn!
