“The pool was nice and warm and the loungers seemed clean but when I put the back down, the seam was full of leaves, dirt, and grime so used two towels to lay on.

There is a no food policy at the pool which was super inconvenient. I was told to put away my popcorn by the lifeguard who acted as a pool attendant too.

There is also no bar at the pool which was disappointing.

The spa itself was fine. Upkeep could have been better after guests left (trash, used blankets, etc).

There weren’t any hairbrushes or combs, not even for purchase. However, the spa staff did find those items for me at the front desk which was very nice.

Would I return? Probably not.“
