Tiffany is nothing short of amazing! Fabulous communication and customer care--she immediately returned my call requesting an appointment and was flexible with scheduling. She provided very clear pre- and post-procedure instructions. The "day of" she spent time carefully listening to what I hoped to achieve and she specially mixed colors best suited to my complexion. Together we decided on the most flattering brow shape and color. During the procedure she was incredibly gentle and focused on every detail. I was so impressed by her before/after photos and finally decided to take the leap to have a more defined eyebrow. Every step of the way, Tiffany was personable and answered every question I had. She took the time to make sure I liked the way she mapped/outlined my brows before starting. During the process, ensuring I was comfortable and making sure to explain what was going to happen next.
