This was my first time at Luxe Nails & Spa. I’m sensitive and have had some bad salon experiences over the years. Ken was kind and gentle and listened when I told him the electric file hurt. He talked me through it like my dentist does—“one at a time,” “almost done,” “halfway there.” It made a big difference.
My pedicure was carefully done too. When I said the water was cold, the technician drained it and started over. She even redid one toe because she wanted it to be perfect. I appreciated the care I received, and my nails and toes look lovely!
One tip: bring cash or expect to pay a credit card fee.
Spas maximize space so it's a little cozy in there but the service is ALWAYS top notch. I drove all the way to Alexandria from DC to get a deluxe pedicure at Luxe. It was so relaxing and the nail tech was professional and kind. My feet felt refreshed and my toes are pretty. I can't wait to go back.
I’ve been coming to Luxe since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I’ve always found it a good choice for my nails. Dara is my nail technician and she is awesome!! I always leave happy!
