“We booked massages here as an anniversary gift to ourselves since this place got good reviews, but the experience could’ve been better. Trying to book online is unnecessarily complicated, involving needing to create an account and answering a lot of questions. Even then I still had to call to give additional information, and while the receptionist is pleasant, it took longer than expected to input information (was on the phone for over 15mins). My husband and I booked separately (since they didn’t have couples massage available, which is understandable) for slots 30mins apart- we carpooled and right as we arrived, he got a text that his therapist was sick & had to cancel (~40mins prior to his appt). We understand these things happen though of course earlier notice would have been helpful. He wasn’t going to wait 115mins for me to be done, so went to work instead, and to not inconvenience him further, I arranged to get a ride home from a friend. The massage was good, however the therapist talked almost the entire time, making it somewhat difficult to relax. I did appreciate giving feedback/ being told what was happening. I was given some stretches to do, which I also appreciated. The next day I noticed my card was charged for half of the cost of the massage for my husband, even though he never got a massage/ rescheduled. I had to call 2x to get a response and the rep said it was because they were waiting for him to text back with a time to reschedule. We said it’s too hard to quickly find a time to reschedule based on his busy work schedule, and please just refund us. They said they would by the end of the day. Anyway, the massage therapist did a thorough job, just the overall scheduling/ refunding process didn’t go as smoothly as hoped.“

“I genuinely cannot believe I didn’t know this place existed sooner. Hot House is such a hidden gem in SLC.
The entire space feels so intimate, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The outdoor soaking tubs at night were AMAZING, the sauna was incredible, and I loved being able to move between the heat and cold and just completely unplug for a while. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part — tucked away, quiet, moody lighting, plants, bamboo, and just such a cool little escape from the city.
It doesn’t feel overly commercial or like a big spa, which honestly made me love it even more. It feels like you stumbled upon this secret little sanctuary in the middle of Salt Lake.
I left feeling ridiculously relaxed and already wanting to come back. Such a special spot and absolutely worth checking out. 10/10. 🤍“

“Such a beautiful day spa. It’s a hidden little gem in Holladay. Arrive early and take advantage of their quiet, serene, and peaceful relaxation room where they have lemon water, coffee and treats. It sets the tone for a lovely spa experience. I got a spa pedicure and my sister got a spa manicure. My pedicurist was fantastic! Very thorough, thoughtful and clean work. I will definitely return and recommend them to others. This isn’t a walk ins welcome, hurry up kind of place. This is where you come to get away and have a moment for yourself.“

“I had such a great experience getting my first microneedling PRP facial with LeAnna! She was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. It was much easier and less painful than I expected since you’re numbed beforehand.

Every detail was thoughtfully tailored to make me comfortable throughout my pregnancy, and it was such a relief to be able to fully relax.

I was hesitant at first, concerned mainly with pain, but Nancy put me at ease and honestly I was surprised how little sensation I felt. She really enjoys her line of work, and it shows in the terrific results. Her demeanor is professional and friendly, and I truly appreciated the entire experience, and I am very happy not having the skin tags and red spots with me anymore. “Came to this salon last minute after work. Both of my big toes had cracks in the corner and needed some sort of fix to prevent them from getting worse. I called a little bit before six and asked if they were able to take in a last-minute pedicure. Told them I would be there in about 10 minutes and they said that was perfect. (They closed at 7 today) Told them I wanted gel polish as well. They were really friendly when I got there and I was able to sit in a chair immediately. It was not busy at all. I told Mai what was going on with my toenails and asked if she thought acrylic or gel polish would be better and she had me show her what was going on. She suggested that she put a little bit of acrylic on the corner of each of the toes that were the problem and then we would do gel polish on top. I ended up falling in the love with the chrome look and she did charge extra but it was reasonable to me. I got the basic pedicure with gel polish and chrome and she did the minor amount of acrylic to keep my toe nails safe. That was $54 total before tip. The base pedicure I got consisted of nail trim and shaping, cuticle cutting, lotion, heal work, hot stones and hot towel treatments. I felt Mai paid great attention to detail and took her time and I really appreciated that. It was about an hour long service.
I also had never been to this salon before. The women were friendly, talkative and genuinely interested in what I had to say and we gabbed the entire time. It was wonderful first experience and I’m excited to take my daughter here and my mom💜.“
