The staff was very friendly and explained things really well. I enjoyed it. The only thing that I would change is not having relaxing music playing in the pod while you're in it. To me that would've helped me relax more than having pure quiet. But I would definitely do it again and the massage afterwards was amazing too. I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front, who walked me back and had a locker, robe, and slippers ready for me to change into. She gave me a brief tour and told me where to go to wait for my masseuse. I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Amy C was my masseuse and she was FABULOUS. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had. She asked me what my concerns were, checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay, and allowed me to fully relax during my time there. She was so kind, respectful, and truly is a wonderful masseuse. I would highly recommend the Spa Lounge, and will for sure be returning!!“

Our specialists, Annie and Kay, were so attentive and made sure we had the best experience from start to finish. I highly recommend booking the Scalp Ritual treatment and experiencing the whole works. Our scalps felt and looked so clean and refreshed afterward, and it felt sooo good having someone play with our hair and massage our scalps. Annie and Kay were both incredible, so personable, gentle, and accommodating.

“Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. My massage with Alenia was hands-down the best I've ever had. She listened to me and focused on exactly the areas I mentioned. Her touch, her technique, everything was perfection. She was also so kind and calm, which made the whole experience feel really comforting.

The spa itself is stunning. The dry sauna was the perfect temperature, the steam sauna was incredible, and even the relaxation chairs were so comfortable. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming too.
