THIS IS AN AWESOME PLACE! Wish I lived here so I could go everyday. Infrared sauna with an actual red light in it and you can also do the salts perfect price point affordable for everyone. It’s clean, the staff is a wonderful and so helpful. They provide towels, tea, water. This is a must do! It’s really like a 20 Star Place to go.
Amazing experience! The facility was clean, relaxing, and an absolute perfect evening! The man who greeted us was very kind and gave great knowledge about the sauna benefits and cold plunge! Worth the salt spray as well! We will be back!
Highly recommend to anyone who needs a reset in their daily life. It’s also the perfect hangover cure. The space is so clean and inviting. Hoping they will add a membership option soon ?
