I genuinely cannot believe I didn’t know this place existed sooner. Hot House is such a hidden gem in SLC.
The entire space feels so intimate, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The outdoor soaking tubs at night were AMAZING, the sauna was incredible, and I loved being able to move between the heat and cold and just completely unplug for a while. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part — tucked away, quiet, moody lighting, plants, bamboo, and just such a cool little escape from the city.

This is the best
This place has such a peaceful vibe, my boyfriend and I left feeling very rejuvenated and relaxed. The tutorial on all the available amenities, including cold plunge and infrared sauna, was very helpful as this was our first time doing something like this. We had an amazing time, 10/10 would recommend this place. It is very private but also has a nice social area with the cold plunge and outdoor hot tub area. We were even given tea - in general the service was great. Also impeccably clean and an abundance of towels, as well as nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the amazing steam shower. If you are looking for a little retreat, this place is phenomenal.
