“We booked massages here as an anniversary gift to ourselves since this place got good reviews, but the experience could’ve been better. Trying to book online is unnecessarily complicated, involving needing to create an account and answering a lot of questions. Even then I still had to call to give additional information, and while the receptionist is pleasant, it took longer than expected to input information (was on the phone for over 15mins). My husband and I booked separately (since they didn’t have couples massage available, which is understandable) for slots 30mins apart- we carpooled and right as we arrived, he got a text that his therapist was sick & had to cancel (~40mins prior to his appt). We understand these things happen though of course earlier notice would have been helpful. He wasn’t going to wait 115mins for me to be done, so went to work instead, and to not inconvenience him further, I arranged to get a ride home from a friend. The massage was good, however the therapist talked almost the entire time, making it somewhat difficult to relax. I did appreciate giving feedback/ being told what was happening. I was given some stretches to do, which I also appreciated. The next day I noticed my card was charged for half of the cost of the massage for my husband, even though he never got a massage/ rescheduled. I had to call 2x to get a response and the rep said it was because they were waiting for him to text back with a time to reschedule. We said it’s too hard to quickly find a time to reschedule based on his busy work schedule, and please just refund us. They said they would by the end of the day. Anyway, the massage therapist did a thorough job, just the overall scheduling/ refunding process didn’t go as smoothly as hoped.“

The deep tissue massage Nuru type booking process was smooth and straightforward — after the deposit was confirmed, I received my private check-in code and the appointment was locked in.
When I arrived, I gave the code at the front desk and was escorted straight back. Jia greeted me with a genuine, warm smile. She’s very attractive, approachable, and carries a calming energy that immediately puts you at ease.
The room had a private, peaceful atmosphere, exactly what I was hoping for. Her full Nuru session was exceptional — the HJ, BJ, and HE were all top-tier and incredibly satisfying. She remained fully focused and professional throughout, ensuring I was comfortable and enjoying every second.
I was a bit skeptical about the upfront payment at first, but it was absolutely worth it. Her actual massage skills lived up to the hype and then some. Jia truly went the extra mile, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again next time I’m in town.

“I got the 60 min basic massage, it was great! Started with no oil massaging over the sheet, then transitioned to your standard massage with oil, then a little bit of scalp, then hot stones. Very good value for the price. It was more practical and results driven than just a relaxing massage like many other spas have, but I appreciated that a lot. He actually worked out knots he found, stretched, focused on parts that needed attention, and was not afraid to use pressure when it’s needed (but also good about never too much pressure).
