i had such a great experience with my muscle recovery massage! I came in because I’ve been dealing with a lot of stiffness and tension through my shoulders and upper back from training, and I didn’t realize just how much tension I was actually holding.
Stormy was incredibly thorough and incorporated deep tissue work, cupping, and scapular/shoulder work. There were definitely some intense spots 😂, but she was able to work through areas that felt like they hadn’t moved or relaxed properly in a long time. I especially loved the work around my shoulder blades — it hurt so good and felt like I finally had movement there again.
I originally found Apex via Google and booked a last-minute appointment because it was nearby and I needed relief. What an absolute pleasant experience with kind care. Miguel is wonderful with his pressure and thoughtful follow-up recommendations for stretches, etc. He’s helped me immensely already as I heal following a car accident, I’ll be going back!

Jet is one of the best massage Therapists I have been to! Being a massage Therapist, and going to a lot of Massage Therapists I have had a lot of work done, but this is hands down the best! They, worked on my upper body and released every bit of tension and knots I was carrying. I would hands down recommend Jet to anyone!
