I started seeing Jayk in the later part of 2022. I was struggling so bad with chronic pain, inflammation and lack of mobility. Seeing him consistently and for longer appointments changed everything and improved my health immensely. He really cares, listens and focused on problem areas! The stretching is always SO needed. Give Jayk a try, especially those of you looking for a sports massage therapist.

Had a great experience!! Calm and relaxing place. I've been needing a massage for months. I booked it on a whim and did cups for the first time. Jayk had great pressure and targeted the right points to help the muscle release. My muscles are a little more relaxed!! Definitely will be booking another massage here!!

Just finished my first massage with Jayk. After an extended time away from massage, he was just what I needed.He addressed all my areas of concern and was very attentive to the pressure as well as my comfort. I left feeling like a brand new person. I even booked a follow up appointment to see him again. Jayk is very knowledgeable if you have questions and very respectful and professional. If you're looking for a great, relaxing massage that is healing and educational, I highly recommend Jayk.
