I went under contract to buy a 1970s home with aluminum electrical wiring. I asked All Aboard to asses what it would take to make the electrical system safe for habitation, and sent them a copy of the inspection report.
Gabe was deployed on our behalf, and he inspected more aspects of the property than we asked him to. He pulled down hard on a loose gutter to show my partner it needed to be tightened up. Power went out. Smoke detectors beeping from 3 am on. My dog panicked. Called them at 7:00 am. They answered the phone right away and said they would call back in a few minutes after they sorted out the schedule. They did and were on site about as quick as can be.
Trouble shot the problem. Identified that it was a carbon dioxide detector that had a low battery as well as replacing an old smoke detector high in the cathedral ceiling.
I so appreciate their efforts and response.
