One of our biggest concerns was a jetted tub that had been leaking. We were bracing ourselves for a full replacement, which would have meant tearing out tile and a huge expense. Instead, DJ carefully investigated, found the least invasive access point, and discovered a solution. He not only fixed the tub leak but also caught and repaired another small leak in the main drain while he was at it. It was amazing!

On top of that, he worked late to make sure all the other plumbing jobs—from replacing a water heater to resetting a toilet, installing a kitchen faucet, and fixing a tub diverter—were completed. His workmanship, honesty, and dedication really stood out. And Salt City Plumbing was much more affordable than other quotes we received.

“Where to start…

Well, after calling around to a few other places and having terrible…and I mean TERRIBLE experiences elsewhere, Goff plumbing was amazing from start to finish.

When we called we were greeted by someone who was empathetic, human and truly exemplified communication. I know this seems odd, but they were willing to set an appointment…which I didn’t realize was such an issue until I got the “We’ll call you if we have anyone in the area” experiences elsewhere.

Carson arrived exactly when expected, was extremely thorough and polite. He was personable but also didn’t “linger”, he got right to work and before we knew it he had diagnosed our issue, swapped the part and was preparing the invoice.

Their rates are extremely reasonable, and after our first impression I can safely say we’ve found our plumber for years to come.

To Goff Plumbing, and more so to Carson, thank you for being true professionals from start to finish.“

“Can’t recommend enough! We had very concerning issues with rattling, vibrating pipes throughout our home and were able to get Derrick sent out to our home within a day of calling. He was honest, considerate, and went above and beyond to help identify the issue and assure us of the fix. I would trust him in my home even if I wasn’t there. That’s sayin a lot these days. He was able to quickly perform the repair and at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for any plumbing issue in the future.
