“I can't say enough about the good work these guys do. We were out of town over Memorial Day weekend and our sprinkler system blew up. We contacted Servopro Bountiful and Rory was on call. He walked us through our options and offered for Jason (the guy working) to just go inspect the house to see what the damage was. After getting a report back from Jason, we contacted Rory again and told him to have his team get started. They (Rory, Gilbert, Brad and Carlos) came up to house everyday to check the progress and keep us informed of the process.“

“We had Mathew show up to a backed up drain line. It was late and he let us know every step of the way what he was doing , all while working quickly to get us taken care of. Very impressed. “Our doggie died. We had to put her down. She had a nasty disease that basically altered her skin, creating nasty lesions - it was horrible. She began scratching her skin, aggressively, literally removing chunks of skin and getting blood everywhere. The experience was so traumatic and we had to put her down.

I was overwhelmed by the experience and the thought of cleaning up the carpet was so depressing. I called Cleanville Carpet and they has someone immediately available - I mean, same day.

I don't recall the boys name who came to the house, but he was so friendly and polite. I showed him the affected area, which was in the basement, and he simply told me, do not worry about it. They have a minimum charge and the primary clean up went so fast that I asked if he could hit the carpet on the stairs, which was pretty dirty. Without blinking, he jumped on it.

Everything they did for us turned out so clean. It helped us tremendously with our loss being able to walk into that downstairs room and not have to see the reminder of our loss.
