Our insurance got us involved with Certified Disaster Services. From the start they understood our needs and started making plans to make the process smooth and effective for us.

Kurt came out to estimate and gather information on the situation and was able to keep in contact with us through the remediation process. The remediation team cleaned up the mold and was able to get our house passing the mold testing in a very reasonable, quick timeframe. Once they finished up Scott and his team jumped in to do the repair work.

We had Both Franks, Brennan, Mike, and Lonzo all working on the repair portions. They were very timely and respectful of our needs. Today the work was finished and to say I'm impressed is less than I could really say of my appreciation. The work is extremely well done and in fact looks even better than it did before.

Obviously I hope that I never need to have this kind of repair work done in the future, but I'll gladly recommend CDS and it's teams to anyone as well as use them in the future if it is needed.
