SERVPRO of Bountiful is a great vendor for cleanup and restoration. Josh and Cameron are the best vendor a non profit has ever worked with. They are always responsive, professional, and communicative on projects. Their emergency team gets to any issues within an hour. They treat customers like family. Rory came out late at night and gave a thorough and honest estimate. He found water damages in places another company did not even check. He was kind, sympathetic, and professional. After flooding in a basement, the team was prompt and professional. They quickly identified the problem and gave options to solve it. Greg Whiting found what was causing a water leak and gave names of excellent plumbers. He was very professional and friendly. Tracy was awesome for a cleanup estimate. He was there within an hour and gave excellent feedback.
Josh and his team are awesome! They have done work for my neighbors and my wife’s company. I cross my fingers I won’t have to hire them, but would not hesitate if/when the time comes. I know they also can do a quick look and give suggestions if you want to try and manage it yourself. They can handle large and small projects. For my business, I have an emergency folder that we keep handy that was provided by Servpro with key contact and emergency location info. Thanks!
