The owner of Coit cleaning came to see what they could do to help me clean my rental property. There had been over 30 cats there ? he gave me ideas on what I could do myself and a fair price to help me with what I didn't want to/couldn't do. He also pointed out what the previous company had missed (with 2 attempts). When his technician came to clean he did a thorough job and didn't try to up sell me. He was also very nice about coming back for a touch up, unlike the previous company.

Buddy and his team or an amazing group to work with or utilize them on both my restoration side and my personal side they have clean carpets and air ducts on my fire restoration projects and they’ve clean my air ducts and my carpets at my own property I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Coit came out a couple of weeks ago to clean the ducts in my new construction house. I opened a vent and saw this. I assumed everything was cleaned out but I guess not. I saw the guy clean this specific vent so there is no reason why there's still this much debris left in the ducting. He was an extremely nice person and I enjoyed chatting with him while he was here but I wish he had been more thorough.
