“Our doggie died. We had to put her down. She had a nasty disease that basically altered her skin, creating nasty lesions - it was horrible. She began scratching her skin, aggressively, literally removing chunks of skin and getting blood everywhere. The experience was so traumatic and we had to put her down.

I was overwhelmed by the experience and the thought of cleaning up the carpet was so depressing. I called Cleanville Carpet and they has someone immediately available - I mean, same day.

I don't recall the boys name who came to the house, but he was so friendly and polite. I showed him the affected area, which was in the basement, and he simply told me, do not worry about it. They have a minimum charge and the primary clean up went so fast that I asked if he could hit the carpet on the stairs, which was pretty dirty. Without blinking, he jumped on it.

Everything they did for us turned out so clean. It helped us tremendously with our loss being able to walk into that downstairs room and not have to see the reminder of our loss.
