Eric is *awesome.* Seriously deserves his perfect score! He spent so much time with me today giving me an estimate and explaining the process. He was the fourth company we got an estimate from and was by far the best. But then when he couldn’t get to it as quickly as we wanted he recommended another team that is also awesome.
I really appreciate a decent guy in this business. We saw a lot of shady stuff today but Eric is the real deal.
We had multiple companies evaluate our project and selected Eric at AEI Decon to do the work and we are extremely pleased. We had a pretty extensive decontamination job that needed to be done for the sake of a home. Eric took extra time to educate us the the process and gave us options to help minimise our costs. Other companies were pushy and tried to use scare tactics to force us to use them. He was by far the most educated on the process and how to create a solution of the 3 companies we got proposal’s from. We expected his pricing to be significantly higher due to his professionalism but we surprised to find out his proposal was about 20% less than a he others.
