“Mike and his people were so great to work with. I don't have the biggest home to remodel, but I felt like I was treated like his biggest customer. I wanted to maximize the awkward kitchen space I have and Mike put in extra time laying it out until I was satisfied with the design. As a result, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality is fantastic and that extra effort makes the whole kitchen chef friendly and comfortable. They also did a bathroom and bar area. Those were relatively simple compared with the kitchen, but also turned out beautiful. We only had one small adjustment issue and Mike had his guy come fix it right away. Those attentions to detail and customer service really matter to me and made the whole process stress free and a pleasure.Updated review:Recently bought a new house with a half finished job by another contractor that was unresponsive. I had such a great experience with Lloyd's in the past that I called them up to come look at what it would take to finish this one. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was completed and all exactly on schedule as promised. DETAILS! Details are so important and Mike's guys pay attention to those details that are the difference between a professionally finished project and those that leave a laundry list of loose ends. I gave them 5 stars last time, and I'll give them another 5, making a total of 10.“

“We had a water heater implode and leak into our finished basement for the second time in 6 years. Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.“

“My wife and I had saved up for a kitchen remodel, but spent several months trying to find a contractor that we felt good about working with. This was a major investment for us and we got bids and talked with a lot of people. We are so happy that we went with Pyne Renovations & Design --- Randy and Hayden Pyne were really good to work with! Everything that we wanted, they made happen, and on things that we weren't quite sure about they gave us expert guidance. They have a real eye for design! I had heard horror stories about remodels taking twice as long as expected or costing twice as much money. This was not the case with Pyne Renovations & Design - everything went very smoothly and they communicated with us very well about both costs and timelines. There were some tricky parts of the remodel (like redoing a window) that they really made perfect and we were so happy with it. I also want to add that there were lots of little touches that they did, that we did not even expect or ask for. All of their subs were cleancut, hardworking individuals and we always felt very comfortable with everybody on the team. I highly recommend these guys!“

“Called Landmark Lifting to repair some walkways at my parents house. They sent me a quote within a few minutes and were at the house the next morning at 9am. My parents had a complicated custom walkway that had crack and sunk more than 2 inches and was a serious hazard. I had no idea how to fix it and our first contractor suggested that we tear out all the concrete and replace. Took them about 1.5 hours and the walkway and driveway were perfectly level. They were friendly and professional. Could not be happier with the work they did, their professionalism, and how quickly they got it done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.“
