“Kevin and Dillon came out to give us a bid on a couple of plumbing-related projects, including fixing our dryer vent. The vent had come apart inside the ceiling, so the dryer exhaust was no longer being properly directed outside.
They explained exactly what needed to be done to fix it, including the fact that they would need to make some cuts into a wall. What impressed me most was how well they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They showed me where they needed to make each cut and explained why it was necessary.
I really appreciated how careful they were about the location and size of the cuts. They clearly took the time to minimize the damage while still doing the job correctly. They also stuck to their original estimate, which was greatly appreciated.
The dryer vent is now fixed and working perfectly!

Randall explained the problem with our water drainage in simple terms, first resetting the system and then recommending a better drain line solution. The new drainage setup fixed the standing water issue and kept our yard from flooding or sending runoff into the neighbor’s yard. Malachi in the office was also a big help and very pleasant. He kept us updated, informed us about scheduling, and made sure we knew when the plumber was on the way. After the new drain line installation, we noticed a small issue with our irrigation tied to the work area, and Jaxon came back early the next morning to make a quick repair. He was just as friendly and professional the second time. It is hard to find a plumbing team in Orem that communicates this well, shows up on time, and stands behind their drain and water line work. We have used them for years for plumbing and drainage needs, and they have always done excellent work.
