They explained exactly what needed to be done to fix it, including the fact that they would need to make some cuts into a wall. What impressed me most was how well they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They showed me where they needed to make each cut and explained why it was necessary.

I really appreciated how careful they were about the location and size of the cuts. They clearly took the time to minimize the damage while still doing the job correctly. They also stuck to their original estimate, which was greatly appreciated.
