They accommodated our very tight timeline, communicated quickly & clearly, presented a detailed contract, provided a competitive & reasonable bid and were professional in all aspects of their work. The large roof crew arrived on time at 7 a.m., worked 8 hours straight with only a short lunch break, laid tarps all around the house, clearly had a system and knew their jobs, and did an excellent job of clean-up. First Terra Friesen inspected the property and even flew a drone over the roof area and showed me many detailed pictures. Based on those and some suggestions for improvements I received a written quote for the job. The crew arrived on the appointed date and began removing the old shingles and transporting the new ones up on to the roof. They were very efficient, experienced and professional. The job was finished in little more than a day. They picked up very well after the work and then showed me many pictures of the finished roof and also some taken while the work was in progress. “Idk what it is about roofing companies but it is a PAIN to find a good one! I spent weeks sourcing bids and trying to find the right company to replace my roof and gutters and do some other repairs on siding, fascia & soffit. Austin Pro was absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Paul Hale and he was wonderful -- I know ZERO about roofs and he was straightforward and knowledgeable and also didn't drive me INSANE (some of those companies send the weirdest people to your home, many I couldn't wait to get rid of!). But Paul was very clear about the process and explained everything to me. I never felt like he was pushing me to do something that wasn't necessary and he gave me straight answers on what needed to be done vs what could wait. I felt very comfortable with his fan/roofing knowledge and expertise. Jax and Fidel's team provided a good quality installation of the Attic Breeze fan and closing of closeby static vents to ensure proper fan operation and compliance with installation warranty guidelines. I was very pleased with the entire process and final result. The new fan should provide enhanced ventilation and lower attic temperature for two HVAC units.
