“Had the worst feeling when I saw a leak that I knew was coming from the slab. All I could picture was jackhammering and vacating the house. Contacted Plumbing Outfitters and was instantly put at ease. I get a call from Joe to let me know exactly when he'd be there - no guessing and waiting. I asked a couple of questions and instead of being pushed off until I could be sold, Joe walked me though his exact procedure for finding the leak, where it likely was, and what the repair would entail. He and his apprentice, Ryan, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and methodical yet efficient.
Everything went exactly as described - no surprises. They were very careful not to leave a disaster behind them, but cut precise, repairable access points (no jackhammering or demolition zone). Best of all, they fixed the leak, were done same day, and the cost was very reasonable. If you call Plumbing Outfitters - make sure to ask for Joseph (Joe)!“

“Do not ever use reliant plumbing. They up charge the customers BAD and the 'plumber' (installer) make a huge commission off the sale (don't purchase the sale products!!) and they can "sell" their work order to another plumber at whatever price the current plumber of that work order wants to charge, for that, OTHER plumber to take over. So basically, the second plumber needs to make 'more' off that job to benefit. Oh! and the reviews on here are a joke. Most of them are 'plants' from their families putting in a (fake) good reviews by mentioning the name of that worker. The 'installer' gets $75/per every good review that mentions them by name. They don't conduct criminal background check nor drug screenings, only a driving record is done. I've done my research on a few of these guys' backgrounds and they're all drug addicts (meth) at least three that I know of, and a guy named Keller, nearly killed someone by chocking them and another for family violence. Alan Torres the manager and Owner, Max Hicks, do not care about the community. Emails always go unanswered, no one calls back. Just an endless, money scam, with a high turnover rate for a reason. Leadership down to the dispatcher are all crooked. They know. Tradesman Tyler M. Journeymen Mark A. - how they treat the public!“

“Brantley was so helpful, and the service from Chase Llc came at the right time. Our fridge water hookup needed plumbing work, so he installed a new water line for the ice maker and added a separate shutoff valve. We originally had a copper line, so the whole run had to be redone from the sink to the back of the fridge, about 15 feet. This kind of plumbing repair could have been stressful, but brantley had a calm way about him and made us feel at ease as soon as he started. the workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was clear, and the new line and valve work perfectly. i really appreciated how clean and smooth the whole job was. it was a solid plumbing upgrade, and we are very happy with the result. 5 stars.“
