I called Santana based on his great reviews. He came the next day and fixed the leak. Fast and the price was great. It's a great peace of mind knowing Santana is in the Manor Area. “Eddie Pollack rocks! I had a clogged shared drain in a double sink, and all signs were it being a clog in the wall and not just a clogged p-trap. I know my pluming limits, so it was time to call a pro. Eddie came out on short notice on a Saturday morning and cleared it out in no time. He gave me some tips on how to avoid further problems, since my AC drains into that same sink. The whole time, he was very professional and helpful. Also, the person I spoke with on the phone to setup the service call was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with Rooter-man, and it was a 10/10“

“Mason was amazing! He did a great water softener & whole house filter install and spent the time to go over all the instructions on how to use it. I had been wanting to do this for over a year and finally was able to get it all arranged.

I will say, once the techs come out, they are great, knowledgeable and down to earth. Sometimes dealing with the office for quotes and back and forth between reception and management is a bit of a challenge but again, once they came out, assessed and quoted, I was very happy an went ahead with the install.

My advice to others is to overlook some of the office back and forth and talk to the onsite techs. They rock“

Abel and his son did great work! The install of the hot water heater along with the alcove bathtub went seamlessly.
