“Our sewage drain was leaking under the foundation. Accurate L&L conducted the complete testing/inspection via the toilet drain, at no charge, explained the multiple cracks and bellying found, and provided the quote for the repair. The repair required tunnelling under the foundation, 3 tunnels, which was really expensive, $350/ft for the length of our tunnelling. It took them multiple trips to complete the job, ~1 month. The communication was good, timeline was reasonable, they were punctual on the job days, and friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the completed job. It was an expensive repair, no insurance coverage for that repair. Would recommend Accurate L&L.“
