I had been dealing with chronic pain for about 9 months before I called Modern Acupuncture. Every doctor wanted to put me on pain medication. I was at my wits end I decided to give Acupuncture a try. The reason giving it a try was so hard is because to this day I am deathly afraid of needles. I literally burst out in tears when my doctor tells me I have to get a shot. Going to an acupuncturist was a huge hurdle but I felt so invited, welcomed and was given such great information when I spoke to Alyssa I said sign me up. I have to say I've allowed this pandemic to cause a little frustration today. I called when businesses started shutting down to ask if MA could freeze my account and didn't get through (didn't leave a message that obviously would've been returned). So, I sent a FB message. Even though I wasn't my sweet self, Debbie(the owner) personally called me, froze my account and even offered more than she had to. Even in a time like this, she's comforting and going above and beyond for her guests. Every one of the acupuncturists at Modern Acupuncture are amazing, but I personally recommend Chanel. Thank you to Debbie from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to coming back!
