I love Sandy. I felt very comfortable with her right away. She fit me in last minute and I was so appreciative. I've tried 2 other rolfers in town and for various reasons didn't return; comfort level, location, hours. I felt an immediate shift in my body after just 1 session. I look forward to every session and I have so much less back pain and more mobility then I've had in awhile.
I have been going to Sandy for over 20 years and don't know what I would do without her! I have done about every kind of bodywork out there and Rolfing has been by far the most effective for me.
I've now been to Sandy a couple times and in such a short time have noticed some definite relief in my feet, back and neck. She's been very responsive and communicates easily. Also very accommodating with my tight schedule! Highly recommended!
