“I have been seeing Francesca now for several visits and she’s my regular hair stylist. I came to her after having tragic results with a highlight treatment somewhere else - which left my hair brittle, breaking and sad. She’s been with me through the process of growing it out, and has been extremely supportive in helping my hair get back to being full and healthy. She’ll proactively offer great advice and calls me out on things I think I need that are unnecessary. I love that.

Whenever I leave after getting my hair cut it looks fabulous and is blended nicely. It easily adheres to my regular styling routine. Not having to re-learn my hair after I get it cut is critical because I’m busy and don’t have time. She understands and listens to what I need and delivers great results. So much so, in fact, that she’s the only person who cuts my daughter’s long, gorgeous hair as well.

Her skillset is resilient, and I’ve been thrilled with the results every time I’ve left the salon. Francesca is so generous and kindhearted and a great person to be around. I definitely recommend her and am so happy we found her.“

“Just moved and was looking for a place to cut my hair. I've been growing my hair out and looking for a shaggy/wolf cut. The mens barbers featured mainly fades and super short hairstyles. But Precision Decision had great reviews for the salon as well as great pics of some of their work. And literally a block away from me.

I called expecting to have to wait at least a week but Zoe was able to set me up with Kailin (sp?) same day. The location is very cool, urban on the outside and much bigger than you'd expect inside. Super positive vibe from staff and other customers.

I showed some examples on my phone, explained some goals for my personal needs (like a high hairline :D ), and she got to work. Super pro, super friendly, and Im super happy with my cut and style.
