Although we had a few snags with the contractor’s schedule, the work was well done and the project was completed in a reasonable time. After work was finished, William came out to make sure the job meet our expectations and that we were happy with the work. And, much to our surprise, he sent his cleaning lady out and she cleaned our entire house!William and his wife Rachel are very honest, reliable, and trustworthy business owners and were a delight to work with. After the New Year, we plan on getting Old South out to start project No. 2, a large deck in our backyard!“

“Great experience! I sent an online questionnaire and Ginger called me right back to answer my questions right then. We booked for the next day that worked with both our schedules, which was the next week from the phone call. The two people who arrived on time the day of the cleaning were professional and quick. Explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Compton's for carpet cleaning. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the quote I received for just a rug cleaning but I don't personally know what goes into cleaning a rug and I have not received other quotes so it may have been a normal price for this area on large rug cleanings but the $200+ quote was high for me and at that charge, we decided to just buy a new rug.
