We had Old South come out and give us estimates on our “home project wish list.” The owner of Old South, William, listened to our “wants,” made suggestions, and took measurements. Within days, he sent us a detailed, itemized spreadsheet which was easy to read and allowed us to prioritize our projects. His prices were competitive and reasonable and he was able to have a crew out in approx 10 days. Although we had a few snags with the contractor’s schedule, the work was well done and the project was completed in a reasonable time. This is an excellent company!Old South Construction was very knowledgeable about the flooring repairs that we required, they were extremely professional and respectful of the rest of the house while working on our repairs/remodel/updates and they finished everything for our project in a timely manner.
