“We had Old South come out and give us estimates on our “home project wish list.” The owner of Old South, William, listened to our “wants,” made suggestions, and took measurements. Within days, he sent us a detailed, itemized spreadsheet which was easy to read and allowed us to prioritize our projects. His prices were competitive and reasonable and he was able to have a crew out in approx 10 days. Although we had a few snags with the contractor’s schedule, the work was well done and the project was completed in a reasonable time. After work was finished, William came out to make sure the job meet our expectations and that we were happy with the work. And, much to our surprise, he sent his cleaning lady out and she cleaned our entire house!William and his wife Rachel are very honest, reliable, and trustworthy business owners and were a delight to work with. After the New Year, we plan on getting Old South out to start project No. 2, a large deck in our backyard!“

I will say I was a bit disappointed in the quote I received for just a rug cleaning but I don't personally know what goes into cleaning a rug and I have not received other quotes so it may have been a normal price for this area on large rug cleanings but the $200+ quote was high for me and at that charge, we decided to just buy a new rug.
