Great experience! I sent an online questionnaire and Ginger called me right back to answer my questions right then. We booked for the next day that worked with both our schedules, which was the next week from the phone call. The two people who arrived on time the day of the cleaning were professional and quick. Explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Compton's for carpet cleaning. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the quote I received for just a rug cleaning but I don't personally know what goes into cleaning a rug and I have not received other quotes so it may have been a normal price for this area on large rug cleanings but...read full review

My first time using Compton's, located in Waxahachie, Texas. What a stress free experience. Talked with the sweetest, kindest, lady Ms. Ginger to schedule my appointment for a carpet repair. Reached out to her last Thursday, and we both agreed on Tuesday, 9am for my appointment, here in Ovilla, Texas. Mike arrived promptly at 9am, and what I thought was horrific carpet damage, (thanks to my sweet dog Trixie) Mike thought nothing of it. He had the spot repaired in 15 minutes. He cleaned and repaired the spot, vacuumed, picked up after himself and was loaded up and gone by 9:30. They take exceptional pride in customer service.
