This is a trusting company I was referred to them though a 3rd party company with my insurance co. Because I had a bad flood in my home and had to live in a hotel for almost 2 mos , I was nervious for a min. until I got to know Blake and his Boss and I learn they keep their word on everything , and they did a excellent job on my whole house it was outstanding. Rainbow International installed a couple grab bars in the guest bathroom at my father's house. They were responsive, professional, not pushy at all, and offered reasonable pricing. I made the mistake of assuming the shower was tile when it was fiberglass. Rainbow International made it clear they didn't have the parts on hand to work with fiberglass, but went above and beyond to get the parts they needed, staying in touch with me during that entire process. The wait was well worth it, the installation was extremely quick (<1 hour), and the grab bars look great and function perfectly!
They worked with around my schedule for both the estimate and the actual work. Very professional. You couldn't tell there had ever been any water damage to my roof, walls, or carpet once they were done. After the work was completed, they sanitized and cleaned all carpets that were in high traffic areas leading to the affected area. Very happy with their service. Will definitely use them again.
