“This company did my long overdue duct cleaning. This was the first time since house built in 1997-98. It was recommended by Rapid Response who recently did some A/C work. The team arrived and got to it. Started at 10:30am and finished at 3:15pm working non-stop. They acted professional and courteous (Austin and Jason) explaining what and where they were going to work. They took careful note of furniture with photos and put everything back in place. They do bring there tanks/hoses/vacuums into house and careful moving it around. One vent was noted to be very clogged and they cleaned it and made suggestions for a long-term fix. If you have pets I would suggest make plans for them to be elsewhere due to noise and traffic in/out door.“
