Griffith Roofing came out to inspect the roof and told me my shingles were in great shape, other than the minor issue of a missing shingle. Imagine that? A roofing company NOT trying to sell me a new roof. Sent out a repair crew to fix the leak and re-caulk all roof vents and exhaust pipes for a simple $125 service fee. Great experience and I will not hesitate to use them again.“

Texas Home Improvements replaced them with new sturdy materials, painted and placed siding, window boxes, chimney and bonus room exteriors, spray-washed and finished. Armando led my crew with great efficiency and very good communication. They worked quickly, politely and were responsive to everything I asked.“

“S&B Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Brandon, Trey, and Cheryl were delightful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. We did have to delay due to weather conditions, but I appreciate that they weren't willing to risk getting my house wet just to complete the job. They even found that there were 4 layers (3 extra) of felt under the shingles, which explains the excess condensation I'd been experiencing inside the house. Now that my roof can breathe, the interior condensation has decreased dramatically in just the few weeks since completion. Not sure if the extra felt was intentional or pure laziness of prior contractors but just know that S&B Roofing will do it right! 10 stars!“

My insurance company denied my claim for one of my rentals, it wasn't even a large job but Veteran Brothers still helped me with the Appraisal arbitration and explained everything in simple detail. All I was charged was the deductible and they made that clear from the start and performed all the work. Total autopilot, less than one hour of time needed from me from the beginning of the claim to the end. Huge amount of pride in their work and one of the few businesses to impress me with their workmanship and knowledge in a long time.“
