His crew converted the bonus room over my garage to a bedroom, added a toilet to the 2nd floor laundry room, added a washer and dryer to my garage, and plumbed in a sink to an outside room. Black Dog coordinated all aspects of the work. Even though I had tremendous time pressure, the work was done flawlessly and timely, at much less cost thsn the individual components would have been. He kept me updated on the project timeline, and any delays or issues were promptly brought to my attention.Once the project started, Anthony and his crew worked quickly but competently. They took great care to ensure the project was done to my liking, and went above and beyond to inform me of any issues they encountered along the way. As one example, Anthony uncovered a crack in the foundation after removing some flooring. It would have been so easy for him to simply replace the flooring without comment, but he showed me the crack and recommended a foundation inspection from an independent company for peace of mind. He also carefully inspected the rest of the home for evidence of foundation issues. We used Val and his team to re-model our master bathroom previously and recently had a new roof put on our home. We discovered a lot of water damage to trim and siding and decided we really needed to have house re-painted before new gutters were to be installed. Called Val and he promptly gave us a quote and re-assured us that his team could take take of replacing trim/damaged siding. Val was helpful in choosing exterior pain color and recommended staining exterior 2 nd floor deck.
