The Saturday before Easter we discovered a major leak in our attic. To make matters worse there were several major storms coming that afternoon / evening. Within a couple of hours of calling Palafox, the owner (David) was at our house ready to put up a temporary solution. He reassured us he would take care of everything and guaranteed his team's quality. He calmed us during one of the most tense moments since owning our house and made us a promise he intended to keep.
After several months of working together, I can say that Palafox is not only a top tier constructure group, but that they stand by their quality. Our house looks beautiful and we love the results. In a couple of instances we needed minor fixes and they were back in a few days without questions asked.
Their customer service is top tier (like Ritz-Carlton good). They are communicative and keep you updated on major items sometimes multiple times a day. They are incredibly polite and want you to be happy with their results and their staff. They even look for ways to surprise and delight you.
I am confident we will be using Palafox again in the future and I know they will stand by their work for years to come.
