KLM performed my roof inspection before I bought my house, and was very detailed on what would need to be fixed. I had them out to repair some shingles, install some flashing, and install some ventilation. They were very quick to respond, the the price was completely reasonableWith the recent rain storms, I noticed my back porch cover had several leaks. We noticed a lot of our neighbors had signs up for KLM roofing so I initially called out of convenience. I’m glad we called them. We had our roof and gutters replaced after the big hail storm. We also had siding replaced and insurance only covered the painting of the replacement. Todd worked with us and got us a reasonable quote on having the whole outside painted so it would match. The quality of the work is top notch and we couldn’t be happier. Todd was great to work with and was patient when explaining the insurance documents, which were confusing at times on what was covered and what wasn’t.
